Standard warranty -- 12 month
All machines sold by SUPTECH include a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, covering:
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Mechanical faults under normal and intended use
- Structural failures unrelated to misuse or modification
- This warranty starts from the date of purchase and applies to both personal and commercial customers.
Exchange Policy
Returns / Exchanges
We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product you have purchased from SUPTECH. To assist you, we have outlined our Returns Policy below.
Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law and other relevant legislation. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Return Terms and Conditions
- You must inspect the goods upon delivery and notify SUPTECH within seven (7) days of delivery (time being of the essence) of any alleged defect, shortage in quantity, damage, or failure to comply with the description or quotation.
- You must provide SUPTECH with the opportunity to inspect the goods within a reasonable timeframe following delivery if you believe they are defective or contain a major fault, as an assessment is required before any return, refund, or remedy can be offered.
- If you fail to comply with these provisions, the goods will be deemed to be free from any defects or damage. For goods that SUPTECH agrees in writing you are entitled to reject, our liability is limited to either (at SUPTECH’s discretion) replacing or repairing the goods, except where you have acquired the goods as a consumer within the meaning of the Trade Practices Act 1974 or relevant state or Territory Fair Trading Acts. In such cases, you may be entitled (at your discretion) to a refund, repair, or replacement.
- SUPTECH may, at its sole discretion, accept the return of goods for credit. In such cases, a handling fee of up to twenty-five percent (25%) of the value of the returned goods may apply, along with any applicable freight charges.
- Where a failure does not amount to a major failure, SUPTECH reserves the right to provide a repair, replacement, or other suitable remedy at its discretion.
- Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by a set time period. However, this period can vary depending on the nature and price of the product. SUPTECH adopts the same approach. The type of remedy we offer may also depend on how long it takes for the product to be returned.
Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- You have complied with the provisions outlined above, and
- Where goods cannot be repaired, they are returned at your cost within thirty (30) days of delivery, and
- SUPTECH is not liable for goods that have not been stored or used properly, and
- The goods are returned in the condition in which they were delivered, including all packaging, brochures, and instruction materials, in as-new condition as reasonably possible.
General Conditions for Returning Goods
Goods may be returned to SUPTECH provided that:
- You, the purchaser, return the goods within 14 days of the initial request.
- A return authorisation is not a credit note or a confirmed agreement for replacement or refund—this will be determined upon receipt and inspection of the goods by SUPTECH.
- Prior approval and a valid ‘Return Authorisation Number’ must be obtained from SUPTECH.
- Refunds will only be processed if goods are returned in their original packaging and in re-sellable condition, unless other arrangements have been made.
- The buyer is responsible for all freight costs unless special arrangements have been agreed upon or the goods were incorrectly supplied.
- All necessary return information must be provided by you, the purchaser.
- If the above conditions are not met, SUPTECH reserves the right to cancel or deny the return request at its sole discretion.

No matter where you are, we provide:
* Remote troubleshooting via phone, video, or email
* Operation guidance, setup support, and usage clarification
* Priority communication for warranty-related inquiries
What’s Not Covered
Warranty does not cover:
* Damage caused by incorrect setup, misuse, or unauthorised modifications
* Normal wear and tear
* Consumables or accessories unless specifically stated
Restocking Fees for Approved Returns
In cases where SUPTECH accepts a non-fault-related return at our discretion:
* A restocking/handling fee of up to 25% of the returned item’s value may apply
* All freight costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless otherwise agreed
Returns Process Summary
To return goods to SUPTECH:
* Obtain a Return Authorisation Number before sending back any items
* Return the item within 14 days of approval
* Refunds or credits will only be processed once items are inspected and meet return conditions
* SUPTECH reserves the right to cancel or deny returns that do not meet these criteria
